There is always calm after the storm.. ♡
Okay so, i know you guys probably hate me.. i know i know. I am so super gomen ｡ﾟ(ﾟ´Д｀ﾟ)ﾟ｡ it's been over a year since i started this blog... crazy, right?
Truthfully guys, i have but a few weeks until I'm finished with my first semester of senior year.
And so much has happened. So. Much.
To start things off, as you lovely people may or may not know, i was homeschooled last year~ i developed super crazy social anxiety, went outside my house like once a week etc etc so going back to public school this semester was pretty much absolutely terrifying for me, especially since I've never had many school friends.
But this year has been absolutely amazing to me, it was my fresh start and it went so so so much better than I had ever hoped all because of improvements i made to myself - which I'm planning on making a separate post for.
Bottom line is that this semester has helped me grow, be happy, experience new things and I just feel... free. And so very blessed, and for that I'm forever grateful. Going back to public school was the best decision I've made in my school career. (✿ ´ ‿ ` )
Which brings me to my next point hue hue hue.......

So this past weekend I've been at Anime Expo! So much amazing crazy fun stuff going on including all the pictures from the convention, my very first public cosplay debut (with a fancy professional picture from the Cosplay Photograpers booth ;_;) meeting so many awesome people and cosplayers, the Valve gathering, Comic Con coming up and my first YouTube video coming very very soon so stay tuned, eeeee!!!! ^ w ^
I know i've been gone for quite a bit, but - i'm finally finished with 11th grade! Eeehehehe ^^
So now i've had quite a bit of time (a bit too much time, really) to play my favorite game for the past few months, Team Fortress 2 on Steam!
(if you already know what it is / don't care to read about my backstory then skip below to the kawaii border~ LOL)
Team Fortress 2 is an MMOFPS game - "Massive Multiplayer Online First-Person Shooter" where you go onto a server and play real-time with others all around the world!（ ´∀｀）and basically, you choose the mission you want to play (King Of The Hill, Capture The Flag, etc.), choose your team (Red vs. Blu), choose your character class, & shoot EVERYTHING. Well no, just the team you're playing against, but still. Heehee~
It's a ton of fun, seriously every single time I play (which is 3-4 hours a day.. oops) it always leaves me in hysterics, simply because of how utterly chaotic it is! And not to mention, as of a year or so ago it became free to play!! ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆ people who purchased it beforehand get bonus perks and whatnot including a soldier's hat called the Proof of Purchase (which I have), but F2P players can get the other added perks just by making a purchase in the in-game store.
My brother actually introduced me to this game many years ago when it first came out, he even bought me my very own copy when it went on sale for $2! I absolutely fell in love with its cartoony graphics, unique characters + their hilarious taunts, & maps (and this is coming from someone who really dislikes common FPS's such as Call of Duty) and ever since then I just played on my dad's account, racking up hours, points, weapons, hats.. until i saw that my friends had their own Steams, and I had the bright idea to make my own Steam account ;__; so I have virtually nothing on my current Steam and it registers me as F2P until I make a purchase!! (´Д｀。)
Which is why I come to you all with my current wishlist~ of items from the in-game store, Mann. Co! :3

3. The Atomizer

I really like this bat! Scout uses this one (he's known for his baseball bat) and basically it's a pretty standard weapon, but it also grants you the ability to triple jump. Each average hit knocks off about 28-32 damage, which is not too bad! Also, it grants you the Home Run taunt kill, shown at 0:30 in the video which i'm DYING to have! :D
Well that's pretty much it~ this was a pretty lengthy post for just a wishlist, I know LOL. But man, it sucks being on a new Steam and barely having any items :C all I have are random weapons but, I'm gaining achievements pretty quick, I've unlocked about 25 in the past two days.
I really really encourage anyone considering this game to play it! It's SO much fun, and so soooo addicting.

So my friend Kiersten showed me some items on Rakuten, which is basically like Japan's eBay / Taobao. I stay far away from shopping services (to buy on Taobao, which is China's eBay, you have to use a shopping service and the site is only in Chinese) but she told me a lot of Rakuten sites do international shipping, + the site has an English version! Score~
So, after doing some investigating of my own, welp.... ;_____;
Isn't it all so beautiful ;______; i'm so in love with Japanese-style street punk and the punk style here too, i just wanna buy all the things~ everything except # 7 are from a Japanese street style brand called Super Lovers! I'm in love with their clothing~ and it's not super expensive either for being brand.
I have a pair of high-waisted double zipper shorts that would go perfectly with that red cardigan ;__; + black rocking horse shoes. & I'd pair leggings + black chunky platform boots or black creepers & a black puffball beanie with the stripe top, and the pastel cardis with the chain skirts with a pair of super cool tights. Online shopping, y u do this to me? This comes out to about $200 before shipping ;______________; OTL.
There's also this skirt that I've been super duper eyeing on Bodyline as well~

Apologies for not posting in a few weeks, but I just thought I'd let you know I haven't abandoned ship, I'm just currently in the last few weeks of school and things are kind of crazy right now, including 12 + hour school days. e______e '
So anyways, I thought I'd make a music related post because I don't really think I have before! I used to have a new YouTube video on the side of my blog every week under Song Of The Week, but the way my layout is there isn't enough room for it ;__; so I decided to make my first post about this since I've been listening to music practically 24/7 recently! ♥
1. Demolition Lovers - My Chemical Romance ♪
Genre : Alternative / Rock
This is a band that's very dear to me, they were the very first band I ever listened to in 4th grade, the first band I loved, first music I ever owned & had on my very first MP3 player, I wrote to their songs, cried to their songs, made art to their songs, I grew up with them and they became a part of me. About a month ago while scrolling down twitter a blogger tweeted that they had broken up, and I saw that they were trending on the left side of the screen. My stomach dropped and I went cold, because ever since I was a little girl my biggest dream was to see my heroes live. I spent that whole night crying, I subscribed to the frontman + one of the guitarist's twitters (lame but I needed to keep up with them) and I've listened to them nonstop since that day, and it's a very bittersweet feeling. I love this song because it's from their very first album, when they sounded so raw and angry, and this song is just so romantic and the imagery of their songs is always beautiful, Gerard's (vocalist) voice so full of raw emotion and soul. It actually inspired me to make this:
2. Leviathan - LeATHERMØUTH ♪
Genre : Hardcore Punk / Punk Rock
Leathermouth!!!! ♡ oh man. So for those of you who don't know, I am a HUGE fan of harder styles of music (punk rock, death metal, black metal, thrash, etc.) so when I found out that one of the guitarists in My Chemical Romance, Frank Iero, had his own band that he was a vocalist in, I fell in love! I love his screams, the chord progression, it just speaks to me, man. Catchy catchy tune!
3. Where Are My F*cking Pills - Death Spells ♪
Genre : Industrial / Noise
Ok so I also happen to be a huge fan of Industrial and Noisey types of music ish? If it helps you understand, I grew up with Nine Inch Nails & what not ; the The Perfect Drug MV was one of the first things I put on my very first MP3 player! Woot wooot. So yeah, this song definitely makes me feel all warm & fuzzy inside. Oh by the way, did I mention the vocalist is Frank Iero, again? This is his very latest brand new project, like, their music isn't even online for download yet and I'm so glad I discovered them early on, I really hope they come to SoCal one day! (he's based in NJ)

I discovered this song while listening to Kyary Pamyupamyu Pandora radio, & it's just the most adorable happy song ever!! ♡ and SO catchy, omg. I love J-Pop and you'll definitely love Perfume if you like Kyary!~
5. Empty Streets - Late Night Alumni ♪
Genre : Trance / Chill / House
If you enjoy electronic music and ESPECIALLY trance, you'll definitely appreciate this song. It gives me such good vibes, & clears my head. It's so quiet, peaceful, and her voice is so so soothing. Definitely a sleepy time song~ ♥
6. Song of Time - Aoi Teshima ♪
Genre : Peaceful / Soundtrack / Piano With Vocals
This song is in the ending credits from one of my top 3 favorite Studio Ghibli films, Tales From Earthsea / ゲド戦記 . This film was actually directed by Gorō Miyazaki, Hayao Miyazaki's son. It's a lot darker and different from all the other films, and maybe that's why I love it so much. This song is really beautiful and peaceful, there's just something about the Japanese language that is so pretty to me, especially in song form. I always listen to this when I need calm or peace, or when I just can't sleep hehe. = w =

I'M GOING TO A CONCERT TONIGHT~~~~~
I'm seeing Crystal Castles ♡ with my dear friends Caroline + Sophie. For those of you who aren't familiar with them, Crystal Castles is a two-person group that makes quirky, electronic, witch-house type music. It's really loud, digital, and BEAUTIFUL. Caroline and I have both loved them since around 6th grade, late 4th grade for me O___O and I'm just extremely excited.
Now, on to the review!
If you've read my other posts, you'd know I recently received an Amazon gift card from my super generous auntie. With this I bought a super duper gorgeous pair of creepers:
So, after waiting about a week & a half, they're finally here!!
Shipping / Packaging: They came in a huuuuuge box! It was delivered right to my door (I live in the 3rd floor of an apartment) and it was pretty exciting seeing the giant box :3
Shoe Packaging: I thought the shoe box was pretty cute. Karmaloop included a sticker with ahem.. drug depictions ;______; I am 100% above the influence so I'll give it to a friend or something, LOL.

They're extremely beautiful, a gorgeous lilac color, are very sturdy, and HEAVY. They're definitely stiff, but most if not all creeper-type shoes are this way and will wear down a bit after use.
SHOE SIZING / FIT: Okay guys, this is pretty important if you're considering purchasing these. One, they're listed in MEN'S SIZE. Meaning if you're female, you'll have to look up a conversion chart. I recommend this one. There are no half sizes available, so if you're a half size like me, SIZE UP. This is my first pair from this brand, and i'm glad I sized up, because with socks it's almost perfect, just a few centimeters looser than a normal pair of shoes. My guess is they run small, so size up!
I have absolutely no complaints. ^^

Apologies for not posting in a few weeks, but I just thought I'd let you know I haven't abandoned ship, I'm just currently in the last few weeks of school and things are kind of crazy right now, including 12 + hour school days. e______e '
So anyways, I thought I'd make a music related post because I don't really think I have before! I used to have a new YouTube video on the side of my blog every week under Song Of The Week, but the way my layout is there isn't enough room for it ;__; so I decided to make my first post about this since I've been listening to music practically 24/7 recently! ♥
1. Demolition Lovers - My Chemical Romance ♪
Genre : Alternative / Rock
This is a band that's very dear to me, they were the very first band I ever listened to in 4th grade, the first band I loved, first music I ever owned & had on my very first MP3 player, I wrote to their songs, cried to their songs, made art to their songs, I grew up with them and they became a part of me. About a month ago while scrolling down twitter a blogger tweeted that they had broken up, and I saw that they were trending on the left side of the screen. My stomach dropped and I went cold, because ever since I was a little girl my biggest dream was to see my heroes live. I spent that whole night crying, I subscribed to the frontman + one of the guitarist's twitters (lame but I needed to keep up with them) and I've listened to them nonstop since that day, and it's a very bittersweet feeling. I love this song because it's from their very first album, when they sounded so raw and angry, and this song is just so romantic and the imagery of their songs is always beautiful, Gerard's (vocalist) voice so full of raw emotion and soul. It actually inspired me to make this:
2. Leviathan - LeATHERMØUTH ♪
Genre : Hardcore Punk / Punk Rock
Leathermouth!!!! ♡ oh man. So for those of you who don't know, I am a HUGE fan of harder styles of music (punk rock, death metal, black metal, thrash, etc.) so when I found out that one of the guitarists in My Chemical Romance, Frank Iero, had his own band that he was a vocalist in, I fell in love! I love his screams, the chord progression, it just speaks to me, man. Catchy catchy tune!
3. Where Are My F*cking Pills - Death Spells ♪
Genre : Industrial / Noise
Ok so I also happen to be a huge fan of Industrial and Noisey types of music ish? If it helps you understand, I grew up with Nine Inch Nails & what not ; the The Perfect Drug MV was one of the first things I put on my very first MP3 player! Woot wooot. So yeah, this song definitely makes me feel all warm & fuzzy inside. Oh by the way, did I mention the vocalist is Frank Iero, again? This is his very latest brand new project, like, their music isn't even online for download yet and I'm so glad I discovered them early on, I really hope they come to SoCal one day! (he's based in NJ)

4. Polyrhythm - Perfume ♪
Genre : J-Pop / Dance Pop
I discovered this song while listening to Kyary Pamyupamyu Pandora radio, & it's just the most adorable happy song ever!! ♡ and SO catchy, omg. I love J-Pop and you'll definitely love Perfume if you like Kyary!~
5. Empty Streets - Late Night Alumni ♪
Genre : Trance / Chill / House
If you enjoy electronic music and ESPECIALLY trance, you'll definitely appreciate this song. It gives me such good vibes, & clears my head. It's so quiet, peaceful, and her voice is so so soothing. Definitely a sleepy time song~ ♥
6. Song of Time - Aoi Teshima ♪
Genre : Peaceful / Soundtrack / Piano With Vocals
This song is in the ending credits from one of my top 3 favorite Studio Ghibli films, Tales From Earthsea / ゲド戦記 . This film was actually directed by Gorō Miyazaki, Hayao Miyazaki's son. It's a lot darker and different from all the other films, and maybe that's why I love it so much. This song is really beautiful and peaceful, there's just something about the Japanese language that is so pretty to me, especially in song form. I always listen to this when I need calm or peace, or when I just can't sleep hehe. = w =

Why, you ask?
I'M GOING TO A CONCERT TONIGHT~~~~~
I'm seeing Crystal Castles ♡ with my dear friends Caroline + Sophie. For those of you who aren't familiar with them, Crystal Castles is a two-person group that makes quirky, electronic, witch-house type music. It's really loud, digital, and BEAUTIFUL. Caroline and I have both loved them since around 6th grade, late 4th grade for me O___O and I'm just extremely excited.
Now, on to the review!
If you've read my other posts, you'd know I recently received an Amazon gift card from my super generous auntie. With this I bought a super duper gorgeous pair of creepers:
So, after waiting about a week & a half, they're finally here!!
Shipping / Packaging: They came in a huuuuuge box! It was delivered right to my door (I live in the 3rd floor of an apartment) and it was pretty exciting seeing the giant box :3
Shoe Packaging: I thought the shoe box was pretty cute. Karmaloop included a sticker with ahem.. drug depictions ;______; I am 100% above the influence so I'll give it to a friend or something, LOL.

They're extremely beautiful, a gorgeous lilac color, are very sturdy, and HEAVY. They're definitely stiff, but most if not all creeper-type shoes are this way and will wear down a bit after use.
SHOE SIZING / FIT: Okay guys, this is pretty important if you're considering purchasing these. One, they're listed in MEN'S SIZE. Meaning if you're female, you'll have to look up a conversion chart. I recommend this one. There are no half sizes available, so if you're a half size like me, SIZE UP. This is my first pair from this brand, and i'm glad I sized up, because with socks it's almost perfect, just a few centimeters looser than a normal pair of shoes. My guess is they run small, so size up!
I have absolutely no complaints. ^^

-It's really hard, believe me. More so if you're still in middle/highschool. I know. But what I realized is, you only have one life to live as yourself. You mine as well do what makes you happy, WEAR what makes you happy, express yourself and never ever ever conform. You are unique, don't be a follower, stand out and shine with all your beautiful uniqueness and show the world who you really are :3 and that's pretty much what I realized. Wear what you like, and wear it with CONFIDENCE! ♡
